On July 12th, all BPI Marketing Department went to Moganshan for the 2019 mid-year summary meeting. Kang Litao, General Manager of BPI attended the mid-year meeting.

Before the meeting, the BPI team visited the industrial technology research park of the Yangtze River Delta green pharmaceutical Collaborative Innovation Center in Deqing. The research park has set up R & D platforms in many directions, such as green Pharmaceutical Research Institute, pharmaceutical equipment research institute and environment-friendly (three wastes treatment) Research Institute, which is committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta and even the national green pharmaceutical industry. General manager Kang Litao and deputy general manager Li Qian also exchanged and shared with the head of the Research Institute on the projects currently being developed.

The summary meeting began at 1:30 p.m. on the same day and was presided over by Yan Jie, manager of the sales department. At the meeting, the heads of the sales department, project management department and procurement department under the big marketing department reviewed their respective work in the first half of 2019. The sales department successfully completed the task, and the implementation of the project task exceeded the number of the whole year of 2018. The procurement was fully launched to ensure the stable operation of the project and production. In summing up the work of this half year, Li Qian, deputy general manager of BPI, while affirming, also put forward the core idea of the work of the marketing department in the second half of the year: customer-centered. She emphasized that to make a market, we need to go out more, not by low price but by high quality and service, positioning ourselves accurately in terms of product quality system, focusing more on the market in terms of product selection, and solving their pain points around customers. In particular, she adds, the entire marketing team should have the awareness to use the market dynamics they know to propose new projects to the company. Then general manager Kang Litao emphasized two aspects: one is to create high-quality products, which should be the best in the industry and popular varieties; The other is to be a strategic customer and strategic partner. These two points are the foundation of BPI's survival and development in the past 15 years. Subsequently, the marketing department and four colleagues from the finance department who were invited to participate in the mid year summary meeting also shared their experience, covering financial knowledge, sales and communication skills, common sense of experimental atlas and work closed-loop management.
